Sausage, Apple & Egg Casserole

One of the dishes that Brandon and I made on our big pre-baby cooking day was a breakfast casserole that contained (you guessed it) sausage, apples, and eggs. We enjoyed eating it out of the freezer, so I made it 'fresh' on Christmas morning. It's so tasty and easy that I thought I'd share the recipe with you.
